Quality and Certifications
Management defines and disseminates the Company Policy within the Company through this document and the Company Management System documentation. Gruppo Stampa GB is committed to ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding quality, involving all personnel and communicating the importance of the QMS and the quality of the products supplied to the market.
The objectives of the Company Policy are:
1. Maintain market share by striving to achieve full customer satisfaction, meeting customer expectations and needs, and adhering to contractual agreements;
2. Conduct activities with a commitment to comply with all applicable industry standards, laws, and regulations that impact quality;
3. Identify and assess risks related to work within our facility, seeking to eliminate or otherwise control and monitor them, and evaluating opportunities for improvement;
4. Correct and prevent non-compliant situations;
5. Work towards continuous staff engagement and skill development by organizing training and information sessions, pursuing the growth, awareness, and sense of responsibility of all employees; ensure a high level of professionalism, both at the managerial and operational levels;
6. Favor suppliers who act with a view to continuously improving the quality and safety of the products supplied;
7. Create a healthy and livable environment at the company’s production and non-production sites by regularly reviewing performance, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), setting objectives and targets, and promoting improvement activities and compliance programs;
8. Pursue continuous improvement of existing technologies, systems, machinery, and equipment in order to progressively improve the quality of the products supplied;
9. Maintain a transparent and collaborative relationship with public authorities and/or the relevant regulatory bodies;
10. Periodically review the Policy, Objectives, Targets, and related implementation programs, and ensure they are adequately visible within the company.
To achieve these objectives, Management is committed to:
– ensuring that the Company Policy is supported at all levels of the Company’s organization;
– guaranteeing the human and material resources necessary to achieve the company’s objectives;
– encouraging the improvement of the individual skills of each employee and the establishment of a better corporate climate.
Furthermore, Management is committed to ensuring that:
health and safety aspects are considered essential when defining new activities or reviewing existing ones;
all workers are trained, informed, and educated to perform their tasks safely and to ensure the quality of the services and products provided;
the entire company structure participates, according to its responsibilities and skills, in achieving the assigned quality objectives.
This document is available to the public: the Company is actively disseminating it through various
communication channels and distributing it to anyone who requests it.
